Sherlock bags are made to deal with the EXTREME weather and temperatures experienced in the Western Canadian Basin.
Withstanding the extreme cold temperatures is EASY with our insulated septic bag and hose heat blankets, powered by the light plant and separate breaker boxes. The competition uses a similar heat shield, BUT... with one very big difference — Sherlock Septic provides an insulated heat blanket with a high R-value which means if there is a power failure, our bags will take between 24-48 hours for the septic bags to freeze, plenty of time for power to be re-established. Other similar units in the industry will freeze solid in less than 4 hours, eww! Using a hot potato effect with tin foil on the inside, our bags stay warm even through -40° Celsius & -40° Fahrenheit temperatures. |
